​What are the dimensions of the apartment?

The apartment has a useful floor area of 57.43 sqm and a ceiling height of 3.45 m

​What is the common cost?

The common charges for the apartment are 22.100 HUF, which includes the renovation fund. This also includes the renovation of the roof and the chimney, the renovation of the suspended corridor and the elevator and the reconstruction of the façade.

​What is the comfort level; is there an energy certificate?

The apartment is classified as "Comfort". An energy certificate has been prepared and will of course be provided to the buyer at the time of contracting.
